• Homemade white onion soup with cheddar cheese
• Chicken liver parfait with home made chutney and toasted brioche
• Bouillabaise of Cornish fish
• Baked Camembert with leaves and a pear salad
• Cornish mussels steamed in white wine cream and garlic

• Traditional Roast Rib of “Church Farm” Beef served medium rare with Yorkshire puddings, duck fat roast potatoes, fresh vegetables and roast gravy
• Traditional Roasted shoulder of “Berkshire” pork with brambly apple sauce,  crispy crackling, duck fat roasted potatoes
  Fresh vegetables and “Real Gravy”
• Roasted rump of “Limply Stoke” Lamb  with duck fat roasted potatoes, mint sauce, fresh vegetables and “Real gravy”
• Panache of fresh Cornish fish, Mackerel, mussels, smoked haddock,  codling and gurnard in a white wine  tomato herb sauce
• Wild mushroom risotto with a free range poached hens egg and parmesan

• Sticky toffee pudding with a warm butterscotch sauce
